At ASAP Semi not only do we try to get to know our customers, but also we want to know the most as possible about all planes flown across the world. Airbus is one of the leading companies in the industry and they are continuing to change, so here at ASAP Semi we research all new changes to be knowledgeable. Airbus has thousands of plans flown across the world, so they want to input a new customer support system with special trained workers with a stocked and equipped service centers.

They believe this service can help expand their more potential customers as well as make current customers happy and fell more safe while flying an airbus product. These stations will be placed in areas that they feel can be the most useful. Here at ASAP Semi we also try to focus on our customer and create ways to make the process of ordering faster like our mobile application. Airbus wants their customers to feel the support and never fell alone during any problem they have.

These centers will provide repairs, service capabilities, and spare parts in places other than Texas. The services centers that are chosen by Airbus to participate in the Premium Service Center will be given extra funds to purchase spare parts for stock and will be rewarded based on services they provide for airbus customers. Airbus will begin a huge training on Airbus Helicopters with all managers and employees that have been selected to be in the support center.

They are willing to take these centers and give them incentives for anything that they can help with, whether it be marketing or sales because they know without their help this cannot be done. Airbus Helicopter will Airbus Helicopter begin to market these services at the Heli-Expo 2017 in Dallas where they will be answering any questions on warranty, support offering, and online portal. They want to set up the expo as appealing to all potential customers, one thing they will do is allow customers to a virtual reality experience on future helicopters to come.  At ASAP Semi, we also market ourselves at Expos, as well as build relationship with companies we deal with on the daily bases. We also learn the good from other companies and input it to our company.
