EICMA 2017 Will Feature SKFs New Sealing Resolutions
Esposizione Internazionale Ciclo E Motociclo (EICMA), Italy’s premiere motorcycle showcase that takes place every year in Milan, will be showcasing some of the newest motorcycle technology to hit the market. For instance, SKF will be launching their new sealing resolutions for motorcycles or other two-wheel vehicles. This new sealing resolution will allow for a smoother and more relaxed ride for the rider.
Not only will SKF be launching their new sealing resolutions, but they will also have some added additions to their piston and fork rod seal lines. These new products will add some increased performance to motorcycles that may utilize this kind of technology.
The new design for piston and fork rod seals help to decrease friction overall. This new design comes just two years after the original model was unveiled and is constantly being improved upon to handle all the new vehicles hitting the market at increasing rates.
These new kits increase the performance for the rider by a very large margin. There is less friction, more shock absorption and overall the bike is more protected from the elements. These features can be found in the fork mud scraper, fork seal, seal head, service kit, wheel seal and floating piston. Each new kit provides something a little different for the rider and the bike.
